The Annual Presidential Handicraft Award Ceremony 2021 was held at BMICH on 25th January 2022 by National Crafts Council Sri Lanka in Collaboration with TIIKM Events. The main goal of this event was to preserve, develop and encourage outstanding creations of traditional, cultural and artistic value. The event was organized by the National Crafts Council in Sri Lanka with the guidance of the State Ministry of Rattan, Brass, Pottery, Furniture and Rural Industrial Promotion. The creative works of traditional and modern craftsmen across the country were assessed at the provincial and national levels at this award ceremony. The well-talented handicraft makers were appreciated with the gold, silver, and bronze awards. These handicraft artists provide a major contribution to strengthening the rural economy. TIIKM Events proudly coordinated the event successfully.
